Karl Child is a British artist focusing on traditional methods of photography, presentation and archiving with a central focus on links to cognition and therapy. Past work has been exhibited in London, Berlin, New Zealand, California, Portland and the Louvre Museum in Paris via shows and publications. Karl studied photography at the University of Central Lancashire in 2012. In 2016 after lecturing at the City of Liverpool college he began building 'Shoot Film UK', an online platform supporting international photographers through quarterly publications and artist features.
